Default A Couple Things

An actual tournament bracket/ability to have an event revolve around a tournament. That way you can do a show with a tournament base and not have to worry about "over using" workers.

A contract option that allows you to sign a worker specifically as an enhancement talent or a veteran whose purpose is to help younger guys get over. Hopefully that would help with morale issues.

The ability to sign broadcasting deals for your development companies.

You can do the first two.

Adam already announced that there is a new tournament feature in the game that tracks the tournament for you. It can be singles or tag and single elimination or round robin.

You can already sign guys to fit certain roles. Gate keeper, etc... So giving them those roles will help you.

I think it would be too easy to game the system if booking a tournament got rid of the penalties for over-using workers.

In reality, if a worker isn't talented, or isn't over, the audience aren't going to be happy seeing them two or three times in one night just because it's a tournament. It's widely assumed that the reason WWE stopped running King Of The Ring as a standalone PPV is that buyrates were low because people weren't interested in seeing the same few wrestlers compete multiple times.
