Mod question about user character

OK, I've played TEW for YEARS but I recently had to reinstall after changing computers and I have a question I'd never thought about before if anyone can help.

I have a fictional mod I'd been working on but never played that starts in 1945 and I wanted to play this into the 2000s BUT

It dawned on me last night that if I create a user character, let's call him Promoter A, and I set him to be 18 years old in 1945 what happens when we get into the 1990s or 2000s? Will my user character retire due to age? Die? Or can I edit his age during the game to keep him perpetually young?

Thank you!
Karl

User characters are immune from dying. They can get injured and be forced into retirement through injury, but they won't retire for any other reason. You can also edit his birth year with the in-game editor as often as you want to stay young forever too. :)

Thank you very much. I don't know why this never occurred to me before. I really appreciate the answer.
